CS Jagruti Rawal is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce as well as a Bachelorette in Law from the University of Mumbai.

She has worked with various corporates before deciding to practice the profession. Having five years’ experience in Corporates and Internal Audit firm. Have handled Internal Audit of compliances and process under various laws such as Companies Law, SEBI law, FEMA law, Labour laws etc. She has been a practicing Company Secretary since 2017 having more than 7 years’ experience in matters relating to special assignments under the Companies Act including Secretarial Audits, Capital Reduction, Buy-Back Schemes, Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations & FEMA spanning activities from incorporation of companies & LLPs, board and shareholder meetings, fund raising compliances, MCA & RBI filings and compounding. She is also very proficient in incorporations of subsidiaries of foreign companies in India, in special economic zones like International Finance Services Centre and advisory and consultancy on post incorporation matters.

She likes cycling and an avid reader and also likes to keep herself updated with the latest current affairs.

CS Rakshita T S is an associate member of ICSI and holds Bachelor’s degree on Commerce as well as Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual property rights from NLSIU, Bangalore and she is registered trademark agent for the firm.

She has extensive experience 0f 11 years since 2015 related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and advisory services. Her role involves leading client engagements across a wide range of industries, ensuring compliance with corporate laws, securities regulations, and governance standards under the Companies Act and related legislations and also Trade Mark Act,

With a deep understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, She provides strategic guidance on matters such as company formation, board processes, secretarial audits, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and representation before statutory authorities etc.. She also play a key role in advising clients on corporate restructuring, FEMA compliance, and SEBI regulations and Trademark registrations.

As a Partner, she is actively involved in business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior professionals. Her practice emphasizes integrity, timely compliance, and value-driven solutions to help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes while achieving their business objectives.
